Reclipped is a service for commenting and sharing online video. As such, it represents another useful tool for layering online content for educational purposes. Reclipped can be used from a tablet (with app), the desktop, or as an extension within several different browsers. Reclipped does not require the download of a video, but works like the other services I classify as true layering services by combining the annotations with the content from the original source on the fly.
